Start it up!

What a fantastic season!!! I had a powerful Yule ritual, looking forward to wheel getting brighter and warmer. I have Christmas with the family tomorrow. And I have a fruitful new year to get on to!

This is my first blog ever (my preteen myspace doesn't count), and I'm creating this space because I have a heart for women, ALL women.This blog will be about all things womanly, from makeup and hair techniques, proper fittings of undergarments (we all have had that issue), etiquette, style, and overall genuine love for oneself. There are a couple demographics that I'm sure I will wind up catering toward, but I want everyone reading this to know that what I put up on here is to inspire the goddess, the diva, the Bette Midler, the Audrey Hepburn, the Beyonce in all of us. It does not matter what size, shape, age, color, orientation, or any other label you are. Here, you are encouraged to feel beautiful, feminine, and strong. Because this is a safe place, there will be no putting down of yourself or anyone else here.

There are a couple of groups in particular that are in my heart. First, I have a lot to say that I hope adolescent girls will listen to. It is so important for you ladies to understand your self-worth! You're truly just getting started in the world, and you have sooooooo much to offer, even if you don't know exactly what it is yet. I myself am still pretty young (turning 24 tomorrow!), and I have a sense of excitement because I know I still have a lot to give to the world! However, I remember highschool and my teen years as being my hardest trial, and I think things back then would have been a little smoother if I just knew how important it was to heal and love myself before I could heal others. There will be some specific posts for you on here!

Plus-sized women are on this list too, or as I like to call us "Goddess-sized" or "flabulous". As a slightly more than slightly curvy girl myself, I know how hard it is to try to feel beautiful and sexy when something doesn't fit you the way it fits the mannequin, or God forbid, your 20 lb lighter friend. I know how hard it is to find a pair of tights or hose that wont get a run in them the moment I pull them up around my thighs. Lucky we live in a world that has more options for us! I will include amazing styles and trends for us on here!

The third group that I always want to teach and learn from is Trans* women, drag queens/kings, and crossgressers. I know that this might make some people uncomfortable, but get used to it. I will be posting makeup and hair/wig tricks specifically geared to MTF ladies, as well as my support for everyone in the LGTBQ community. As stated before, this is a safe place for all women to feel beautiful.
